We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 15-day refund policy from the day you receive your package.
Refund Eligibility
- Items must be in their original condition with all packaging included. Final sale items are not eligible for a refund.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@scarletandsaint.com to initiate the return process. Please note that there is a $10 flat rate return shipping fee.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
